Sara Zonana Harvey always chose to win even if it ruined his relationships eg Scottie. Also he hid his feelings for Donna when he should have had a relationship with her privately like Mike did with Rachel. Harvey should have chosen love first instead of logic sometimes and that shows the contrast between him and Mike. Mike values relationships over winning and success.

I feel that their law firm is different than normal jobs. Most promotions are completely different jobs. At the Suits firm, they seem to do the same job, but take on bigger cases, get associates under them to assist. Their promotions are upgrades of the same job.
