I really liked that he didn't hide from Mike and was honest with him about the panic attack.

I mean he first said to Mike nothing is going on, which is hiding, and then when Mike said he was going to call 911, then Harvey told him about the panic attack. You gotta know when to fold in keeping stuff private, specifically if 911 is going to be involved. The fact is he couldn't hide it so he told Mike.

Harvey’s reaction to Jack when he said ‘I looked at you as competition you were wrong, I never looked at you as anything at all’ along with a roll of his head is such a great scene.

7:08 is Harvey psyching himself up to take Jack on, looking to portray lethal strength and hide his weakness. 7:41 shows how much it took out of him. Well acted.

@@TheBlues1010 It wasn't about the water. It was about ritual. About doing something familiar and focusing on that instead of every alarm in your head screaming at full volume. Don't ask me how I know this.

@@grimlock1471 Man I know exactly how you know this I used to break down in class in Sixth form, people thought I had epilepsy (it was a weird form of attacks ok :D)

This is one of the best depictions of anxiety i have ever seen. Panic attacks are absolutely horrendous. You can’t breathe, you just wanna crawl out of your own skin. Like this if you’ve ever had even a minor panic attack!

I’m in management and I too have panic attacks. They happen when they happen. Most of the time I can handle them, but occasionally I have them when they are absolutely terrifying.
