Translation by me.
Annotations:
"I want to still devote myself" - Along the lines of "[...] give all of me".
"You, with your hidden double eyelids" - This refers to someone who has double eyelids, but where the crease is not that visible and it therefore looks more like they have single eyelids.
"Wounds that could melt" - This translation is very literal, if interpreted it could also go more towards "Wounds that [I] could melt [into]", or something similar.
