why don't SBP just give the 100k to the company who needs it and charge 5% interest instead of making it complicated for making it halal? SBP buy commodities at 100k and sells it for 105k to the company, and the company again sells the commodity to get the money. Didn't get how this 5k is Halal now. It's just like the story of qaum e bani Israel who were commanded not catch fish on Saturday.
