I would say fear Allah. Created a dummy entity to do the manipulative transactions. Different triggers for sale and purchase undertakings/promises. Really, can you fool Alllah-the maker. Will anyone give a written unilateral promise, without other party giving a verbal assurance. In a marriage contract the offer and acceptance is happened verbally. Isnt that accepted as a valid contract.
