I think Sukuna’s mom was a mistress for a noble just like Noritoshi Kamo’s mom was except like mentioned in the video, when the affair was discovered, she was left out on the streets to fend for herself with no support. Sukuna would eat his twin to survive since she struggled to get food but this will also be what makes her abandon him once he’s born because of the signs of him eating his twin/being a cannibal and how disfigured he probably looked due to being a conjoined twin. Looking like a freak or monster. Or even a Curse. Which made her abandon him. It’s also possible that this noble she had the affair with is an ancestor of the Itadori family and maybe even Kamo clan if you want to push that

This would explain why Sukuna was fascinated with Maki. She lost her twin and fully became whole in the form of Heavenly Restriction. I believe that the reason why the hayen era had so many powerful sorcerers was because of sukuna. Because just like goio when sukuna was born he upset the balance of jujitsu and because of that the curses become stronger and when he became a curses that upset the balance again making the sorcerers way more powerful with which they killed all the curses except one which was sukuna someone died trying and others fought each other thus making them stronger.

The references in this vide brought up about Sukuna, Kenjaku and Tengen actually resonate with a very familiar story we already know of and have seen happen. Gojo on the cusp of death grasped the core of cursed energy, becoming "the strongest" of his time. Geto, being outclassed began following his own whims and desires while still maintaining his friendship with "The strongest" of his time despite their extremely differing views. Shoko ended up alone and left behind to essentially let the story play out without much intervention from her. Oh Gege...
