Imagine if Mahoraga did actually adapt to "slices in general" instead of dissect/fillet, like the narrator said. That would've ended even Sukuna. He was lucky there. I see why no sorceror ever tamed it. Literally endless attacks before he can adapt and even then luck was needed. What a beast!

It looked like mahoraga actually did adapt, that's why it kept going to sukuna and sukuna looked a little surprised so he used fire to burn it while the slashes help spreading the fire, otherwise mahoraga wouldn't have been able to walk towards sukuna.
