I’m from Mexico, I have sensitive combo skin, the type of skin than gets hives when I get hot or nervous, and there’s a soap here called Grisi sulfur soap (azufre) I believe it contains 10% sulfur and that stuff is the only thing I can use to have clear skin, I’ve tried, Cerave, LRP, Vichy, I can’t even wash my face twice a day with cerave foaming, but for some reason I have no problem using this soap morning and night, it is a complete holy grail and I actually kinda like the smell, to me it smells like “mineral”

I use that same soap! It’s awesome. They sell it here in the US 🇺🇸 in select Walmart’s and some smaller drug stores like Walgreens, Rite Aid .. etc..

What you said about getting hot sounds pretty relatable to me! I’m from Southeast Brazil… In my city (inside the state of RJ) the weather is well defined! The Winter is rly cold, but the Summer is really hot! EVERY time it gets hot I breakout, and I don’t even have oily skin (my skin is always normal in the sense of “oiliness”), but my skin starts to overheat and I get allergic reactions to it! My grandma is a Brazilian native American of a really deep complexion, so she always said it was good to go out in the sun and absorb its rays! I’m (no surprise as many ppl from Latam lol) both native American and White, so my skin is from medium to fair and I would get SO RED whenever I did it that you have no idea! Once I had to go to the hospital due to it (my back was infested of an allergic reaction to the sun heat)… Unfortunately, in Brazil there’s a huge amount of uneducated people when it comes to skin c4ncer (tanning is praised here and the dermatologists don’t seem to care, since they don’t make campaigns like I see the Aussies doing), so people of deeper complexions will laugh at you if you say they need sunscreen and that UV rays are dangerous! These days we have a little bit more of people educated about it, but still not many (you can see by the amount of people who still support the awful “tanning culture” in here, specially in the most poor areas in which I grew up at)! Hopefully I was never diagnosed with skin c4ncer, but at least now I know I’m supposed to avoid sun exposure (not just due to the UV rays, but also due to my allergic reaction to heat)!

Thank you for your question! As far as moderate acne goes, there are a number of different treatment options. My current one is 4% benzoyl peroxide concentration. The one by ceraVe has a formulation with hyaluronic acid to help retain the skin's natural moisture and niacinamide for a natural anti-inflammatory effect. I hope this helps!

I paid many thousand dollar treatments and I tried a proactive mask with sulfur it got rid of acne plus the tiny bumps nothing else would help. I finally used it all I still have couple tiny bumps left I just got de la Cruz sulfur I ordered I herd about I'm hoping it works just ad good as the proactive.

I never thought I'd have a problem with zits as bad as I did when I was a kid to be almost 40 to have breakouts now like I had as a kid seem to have come back. I'll be getting sulfur soaps now that I know about them. Hey, thanks for the question. One trick is to use it during an evening routine so the smell doesn't linger throughout the day. In terms of masking the smell, diluted tea tree oil may do the trick. I have gotten De La Cruz Sulphur Ointment 10 % ointment. Its say leave it for 10-15 minutes but its seems not doing it job for 10-15 minutes and I use it every other day. I was wondering if I could use it everyday

Throw it in the bin it's rubbish I had 1 spot that refused to heal so bought the de la cruz sulfur ointment after 2 weeks I have now broken out all over my chin which is inflamed and very red it clogs your pores too it's like smearing vaseline on your face .I now have damaged skin which I never had prior to using this

1 or 2 times a day because there are studies on sulfur for the skin that show that it doesn't stay present in the skin over 24 hours. Once a day is necessary to see results. Twice a day is ideal as long as you don't have adverse reactions to it.

Yes I would say it be perfect It helped my back and tiny bumps on my face. I used it in this proactive mask but I ran out I got sulfur in the de la Cruz brand I herd it was good its only like 11.99 for 5.5oz on amazon. Also maybe just for body u could the soap version I never tried it in a soap. If u use the soap I'd probably leave it on few min before rinsing it off. This kind I got isn't soap I'm reading it now it says to leave it on 10 min then wash it off with just water if u do end up trying it.
