I can't make a remix of this theme, plus there are already game boy remixes of Moonstuck blossom So I'm going to do this theme with a vrc7 instead since no one has done that, after that it would be easier to convert to game boy, So it takes a little time

The channel that plays multiple notes?, It's a 25% pulse that plays in arpeggios, so it scrolls through the notes since it only has 3 channels, not counting the noise. The arpeggios are necessary.
