Loved the stonework, the woodwork and the fact that you laid down painted drywall under the subfloor to make a ready ceiling for the floor below, that was so clever! Salut, c'est Mamiejo ! Très beau time laps ! Bonne piqûre de rappel pour tout le monde ! Juste pour se rendre compte que, dans la vie, on n'a rien sans rien et surtout sans payer de sa personne. Mais quand c'est derrière, qu'est ce qu'on se sent bien chez soi, surtout quand on sait que tout est sain et bien fait pour plusieurs générations ! Quel travail de forçat quand même pour en arriver à un tel résultat ! Pour cela, beaucoup de transpiration, bcp de cogitation, bcp de force des bras et de la tête mais quelle belle énergie ! 👏👏👏 Plein de beaux souvenirs et d'expérience engrangés pour vos vieux jours ! Un jour, il vous faudrait essayer d'estimer (à la louche) le montant des travaux faits par vous (et donc les économies que vous avez fait), hors travail des entreprises exterieures bien entendu. Ce serait juste pour vous faire plaisir et pour nous faire plaisir aussi ! Vous réaliserez alors que vous valez "cher". Votre chantier m'a trop rappelé une autre rénovation que je suis et que j'adore, et que je vous recommande : "les Jéromes". Ce sont deux jeunes fous eux aussi. Comme vous, ils sont époustouflants d'ingeniosité, de savoir faire et de courage. Comme vous, ils renovent seuls, de la cave au grenier, une immense maison de maître sur 4 niveaux (cave incluse). Eux aussi ont un très grand jardin, une forêt et un ruisseau à exploiter, une serre, des animaux et des abeilles, le tout en étant salariés. En plus, ils sont sympas comme tout, voire attachants, ce qui rajoute au plaisir de les suivre. Par contre, ils sont loin d'avoir finis. Toute une vie de travaux les attendent ! Ils sortent une videô, une fois par mois 30 mn. Vous apprendrez plein de choses, même pour chez vous, surtout mtnt pour la gestion de vos extérieurs. Ils donnent gentiment toutes leurs recettes astuces et bon plans, décrivent leurs bonnes et mauvaises surprises, leurs déboires (nombreux) et leurs solutions (toujours bonnes et très réfléchies). J'appelle ces jeunes là des perles.... et vous en faites partie ! Soyez heureux et fiers du travail accompli. On ne peut rien vous souhaiter de mieux ! Ah, si peut-être, de vous reproduire car des jeunes de votre qualité, on ne s'en lasse pas et on voudrait en voir plus car on en manque ! 😘😘😘 ❤ ! Allez, à btôt ! Mamiejo.

Ouais, le même genre de rénovation, où il ne subsiste plus d'original visible QUE le parement extérieur !, que dans "Ep 67. Le Château De Nos Rêves, Timelapse 2019 à 2023." Ca aurait été plus rapide de plaquer des moellons sur une coque béton ! Les poutres d'entrais ne semblaient pas si abimées et le ciment gris c'est pas trop compatible avec le moellon...

Для начала я бы сказал что у вас хорошая фантазия. Надо же придумать что дншать с этим добром. В нашем холодном климате зимой придётся остаться в таком доме навсегда)
