Hi, nak tanya. If sy naikkan sikit suhu kek boleh ke? Sbb pakai suhu 120C ni jadi tak masak, kena tambah byk lg masak.

boleh tpi utk buttercake ni biasa suhu terbaik 120° sis klau suhu tinggi punca kek berkedut pun boleh jdi dia kne maintain suhu rendah masa seperti dlm video x pun kne ikut jenis oven masing²

klau wrap kemas boleh tahan lebih 3 bulan..nk lebih lamaa masuk freezer time nk makan kuarkan defrost dlm microwave sbb dh ada yg buat katanya still lembutt

kek ni frozen pun boleh sbnarnya..wrap kemas² masuk peti sejuk bwhbor atas nk makan deforst dlu klau beku masuk microwave..klau kt aisbox bwh boleh letak luar dlm 30 minit cmtu dh lembut dh boleh makan..kek ni klau betul² wrap kemas lepas ambil boleh tahan berbulan² sis

mcm ni lah basic bhn kek srwk yg premium. tapi guna telur gred A 10 biji, butter 2 ketul. boleh tmbh nestum, horlick, serikaya dan lain². butter pulak selain guna golden churn boleh guna jenama lurpak, anchor, dan lain². ikut bajet masing².

Salam Ummi, saya ikut betul2 resepi dan teknik simpan kek lepas bakar. After bakar nampak kek tu naik cantik. Tp lepas terbalikkan utk keluarkan dri loyang, dia jd mendap sikit 😅 waktu potong kek boleh nampak mcm ada bantat sikit (satu line halus tengah2 kek. Tp rasa kek still sedap and texture cake pun lembut. Cuma taksure kenapa boleh ada mcm line bantat tu ya?
