Hi GEOFF.. WE HAVE NO CAKE.in the house .... so these will be great to do today Neil loves sultanas in cakes.. I remember one of the first cakes I did of yours was the PARADISE cake way back... Hi Caz. I don't use a muffin tin, but a bun tin. The paper cases have the same base dimension as muffin cases. However they are only 1 inch/2.5cm tall. So you could use a muffin tin, and cut some muffin cases down. Or simply grease and flour the cups and put just that small amount of batter in each.
