Sum 41 was my first ever favourite band. This band reminds me so much of my high school, when I would listen to sum 41 and bunch of other bands like the all American rejects, the click five, simple plan, my chemical romance and so many other bands as well, entire day. Those were the days when there were no fancy phones or laptops available. All you could do is just buy a small ipod shuffle, fill it with bands like these, and listen to them all day. Thanks to these bands, especially sum 41 for giving me one of the best memories of my life I could've ever had.

I remember first hearing Fatlip in the summer of 2001 on MTV. Then I saw American Pie 2 in theaters that same summer and heard them in it. Then heard "Makes no difference" in the movie Out Cold that same year. Skateboarding, going to concerts and movies, listening to music, hanging with friends. Great times.

This melody with these lyrics is so addicting. I get exhausted with all the "interesting" music options we have available to us now. It's so nice to hear the sentiment we all feel of just being done with everything. Not wanting to spend any more energy and feeling a pang of anxiety because of it.
