It's very helpful but some concepts are still in ambiguity and clear. For example, you told that the H Bond in alpha helix is formed and responsible for helical structure while in beta sheets it is responsible for sheet formation? Why the H Bond formed is different in both these, any factor responsible for this change or because of some other reasons? Can you please guide me about that. Thanks in advance
