The lands in Undavalli, Tadepalle and Penumaka are the most fertile three crops year lands. These three villages are 1-2 km from Vijayawada. City. To equate these lands with those in villages 28 km upstream and forming the Seed capital is not only grossly unfair but with malafide intentions. The zoning of these lands as Utility zones was done with malafide intentions in 2015. The government should acquire/ pool land minimum land needed for the Seed Access road and leave the balance land to the owners for development as per their sentimental needs. Logically and justifiably The compensation for the land needed for the Seed access road in these villages should be much more than compensation given to farmers of the villages 12-18 km much farther to the west. The compensation should be three times. If the lands are is being pooled then the farmers of these villages should get 1500 sq yd of residential and 650 sq yd of commercial developed plots in lieu for every acre of their land being pooled. If the government adopts a ram rod approach then it will lead to avoidable unrest and legal hurdles.

Government has to acquire about 45 acres in vundavalli and 33 acres in tadepalli and ten acres in Penumaka for seed access road Amaravathi but since the Vijayawada west bye pass passes inside Amaravathi there is no need for seed access road since bye pass connects both NH16 and NH 46 at Gollapudi kaza and Peda outapalli Along this south flood bank of krishna is being expanded to 80 ft road to connect to Prakasam barrage so there is no need for seed access road Trumpet junction at waradhi bridge Cabot handle 6 lane from chennai and 8 lane traffic from Amaravathi While on Vijayawada side of kanakadurga mla Varadhi another 4 lane from Hyderabad will choke both NH 16 and NH 46

It is problem of two villages of vundavalli and penumaka Not connected to any party or leader All the land in these villages are declared as green and utility zone while two north south roads two est west roads and widening of kondaveeti vagu along with both seed access road and widening of south karakatta road (they both run parellal) leaves not much land for development in these villages There is Vijayawada west bye pass running in the middle of Amaravathi connecting Hyderabad highway near Gollapudi,Kolkata highway near outapalli, Chennai highway near chinakakani the where is need for seed access road except waste of public money think think farmers are not wrong
