Brother anchor, one suggestion - don't interrupt when others are talking. It doesn't look good. Always listen first and then ask questions. They have something that they want to complete and you interrupt them with unnecessary question. This is what I feel, not from this video but from past interviews also.

One genuine suggestion to Anchor to make his interview much standardized- 1. Interview intro is completely unprepared- Always be prepared and have a structure. Your intro doesn’t have any structure and looks completely messy . 2. It would be nice to have some glimpses of some home video with polite music or Brief intro of house before going to home. 3. After going to house, proper greeting is vital especially when you’re meeting intellectual or high value entrepreneurs. It should not be sloppy. 4. Next, instead of waiting near the door and taking- you should have seated first make her comfortable and start the interview by introducing her (Again here, please have a proper structure in concise way to introduce her). Next start talking about her house briefly…. 5. House tour started kinda messy, you have done your homework on basic house spaces and could have asked more it. 6. House fav spots. Last would be motivation and empowerment questions and purpose to build such house. Please have a proper structure, usage or comprehensive words and phrases plays a crucial role. Hope to see all these changes in your video next time😊
