In this video I discuss some intriguing ancient carvings from Mesopotamia: the winged genies holding both a handbag-like object and a “pine cone.” Many reliefs display a stylized sacred tree in the center.
There are all kinds of speculations on what these items are and their true purposes, especially the mysterious "handbags”. They have been called “the handbags of Anunnaki” or “handbags of the gods." One theory is that the bag represents the cosmos. The semi-circle of the bag’s strap signifies the hemisphere of the sky while the square base indicates the earth. Some researchers argue that the sacred tree the genies are touching was in fact cannabis; therefore, maybe the bags contained hallucinogenic drugs. Some suggest that if the Sumerian gods Anunnaki were ancient aliens that visited earth and taught humans technology as Zecharia Sitchin proposed, then the bags and cones might be high tech tools that assisted these powerful aliens to perform wonders. Some claim that the pine cone is related to the pineal gland where the human soul sits. There is also the historical explanation that these bags were actually buckets; and the bucket and cone duo were used in Mesopotamian rituals.
In the following video, I will provide you with my theories on this topic: what these curious objects might really be, what were in these bags and what the Sumerian “tree of life” was.
This is my KZbin Channel “Curious Being.” I have diverse and interesting topics to share, such as lost civilizations, prehistoric cultures, megalithic sites such as the Great Pyramids, Petra and lesser-known ones, NDE, DMT, aliens/UFO/UAP, and other related fascinating studies. History vs. Mystery revealed! Thank you for watching.
Photos and films came from online sources.

@@CuriousBeingbyTina The alleged handbags are not literally handbags. The images you are looking at are depicted in ancient symbolism. 1. Said handbag is a "Sepulcher". That is not just my opinion: it is listed in Getting's Dictionary of Occult Symbols and Sigils as such 2. The pine cone or pineal gland thing seen being installed within men and or in the Tree of Life represents the soul or consciousness 3. The eagle headed winged creatures represent the flight of the soul of spirits which prey upon the living, hence the wings and eagle head 4. The tree of life is the "Maker of the Gods" a Quantum Ai which transfers consciousness in and out of host bodies: hence the Christian God being called "LORD of Hosts" This gives a whole new meaning to - "Going to hell in a handbasket" I have several articles that will substantiate all I have shown here, however, as soon as I attempt to post links thereto, Tubular Ai deletes my post. I could email them if you like?

@@dwaynewojtysiak2815 One might ask, Why do we not see Tina discussing the content of her videos with anyone? I would hazard to guess that be the case because it s not her content, she is likely a spokesperson for whoever produces the content, which obviously knows that their audience is predominantly male, hence the good looking female lure. So don't expect logic or deductive reasoning from Tina: the best one can hope for in that regard is a "Thank you" just like everyone else gets

Fantastic insight and not an explanation I’ve heard anywhere before. It makes total sense that such an important plant and the processes associated with producing the fruit would be important enough to carve in relief - literally the tree of life for all the civilisations who lived in that region over the millennia. Excellent job. Good point they aren't Gods w the hand objects and bags. They are the teachers who went worldwide after the Comet/Plasma events of 10,000 + years ago when civilization was destroyed. There is understandable distortion resulting from the cultural lens that the various cultures remembered them thru. Here pollen and buckets (1 cup flat bucket , some bucket ) , in India, drill bits and bag. The symbols of the teachers office were the hand object, the bag and of course the wrist band. You see them depicted everywhere on Earth w minor changes resulting from what things and concepts each area was familiar with.

@@CuriousBeingbyTina I've heard that an old Maori creationist myth talks about Gods creating the world out of 3 baskets. Forgot what they contained but it is might also be relevant in this context that the Maori language seems to be related to some of the languages of North African tribes. This was discovered during the second world war, when the Maori soldiers stationed in there found themselves capable of understanding some of the local languages. I don't have the details but it would be great to know if their myths could in any way be drawing from the cultures and myths from that part of the world and from those around Gobleki tepe (which is only a 'walking distance' so to say from North Africa).

Thank you Robin. I think the bracelets/wristwatches might be decorative items because the kings and their courtiers are also shown wearing similar bracelets; they are not exclusive to the Apkallu. This was a fantastically insightful presentation. Too many are focused on other symbolic interpretations that don't always make sense. While it is possible that there are other meanings for these symbols, your analysis of what these represent cannot be ignored. Thanks for sharing this information.

Hi Tina : Another very well done explanatory vidéo. Hearing your analysis of Zachaia Sitchin’s ´Twelfh Planet’ would be interesting also.....Thanks.

I read some detailed reviews on Sitchin’s concept of Nibiru and the Anunnaki. From what I read, it seems that despite being a fascinating idea, Sitchin’s translation might not be that accurate which results in a not-so-solid theory.

Tina, your arguments presented here hold the water. However, one can not but wonder who were those beings performing pollination. Why are they depicted having wings and (some of them) animal heads? And another question that needs addressing: what is the meaning of the the similar carvings of Olmecs in ancient Mesoamerica (the beings holding handbags) and handbags in Göbekli Tepe carvings, that latter of which are several thousand years older than those in Mesopotamia. Just curious..
@CuriousBeingbyTina

Thank you. The winged Apkallu were from the 9th century BC in Neo-Assyria which were thousands of years after the Sumerian Apkallu. In the earliest Sumerian text of Apkallu (what's left of it), there is no mentioning of them having wings or animal heads. It's possible that the later Assyrians made artistic interpretations on these mystical beings. As for the other handbag depictions, I'll make follow-up videos on them :-)

Thank you Tina, I've been researching this topic for some time, and you have presented an excellent discussion while keeping to the pragmatic reality the Sumerians and Akkadians would have experienced in their time. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the same handbag reliefs depicted in other cultures around the world, particularly the Maya.

Very, very nice. A very solid hypothesis based on numerous, cross-corroborating facts. I like it. Subscribed! It may also be possible that the symbols used in the artwork derived additionally from other, similar symbols, so that there may be multiple layers of meaning. Though such an idea is harder to substantiate, we must remain open to such ideas because the *_Unknown_* is exactly that: Unknown. *_Truth_* does not care what evidence we have or don't have. The best we can do is to use available evidence, logic, reasoning and a little imagination (or even inspiration) to explore the possibilities. And sometimes (like Einstein) we are rewarded for our excursions into the Unknown through imagination. While researching my book, *_Mission: Atlantis,_* I discovered similar "buckets" held by what look like "ancient astronauts" within feathered or winged serpents. Another possibility for the "bucket" shape is some kind of key or tool for operating ancient aircraft. Aliens? Perhaps. And just as likely, refugees or explorers from ancient Atlantis -- a large island which may or may not have existed in the northeast Atlantic. We have lots of evidence which adds support to the past existence of Atlantis. We must realize the very sobering fact that 6,000 years separate the end of one civilization and the start of the civilizations of the Fertile Crescent. A lot can happen in 6,000 years. And with the discovery of ancient structures at Gobekli Tepe and elsewhere, the tired old Logical Fallacy that "there is no evidence" of civilization existing that far back in time is proven simply to be false. The Hebrew (and Islamic) founding father, Abraham, came from the Tigris-Euphrates area, so the notion of philosophical and symbolic roots coming from there (for all 3 Abrahamic religions) is quite sound. And the Kabbalistic *_"Tree of Life,"_* with its ten (eleven across time [4D tree]) nodes of human attitude or attributes may also be rooted in the land of Sumer. My own research turned up this "Tree of Life" embedded in two chapters of Genesis (ref: *_The Bible's Hidden Wisdom: God's Reason for Noah's Flood)._* The myths of dragons (Greek _drakon_ meaning "snake") and flying and/or feathered serpents seem to have an unnatural, but common thread tying them together. One method of making sense of the collection is to consider the possibility that "feathers" or "wings" are symbols associated with flight, while the actual dragons may not have had wings, but flew nonetheless. The myth of Cecrops, founder of Athens, is one such myth, where a creature, half-man, half-snake negotiated with his human followers the naming of the city -- Poseidon, god of the sea, horses and earthquakes (a strange combination, with a logical basis), or Pallas Athena (goddess of wisdom and protection, plus patroness of owls, fishing, furniture, weaving and the olive). Of all things, Athena was chosen because of the olive (a tantalizing tidbit used in my novels, *_Gods and Dragons,_* and *_Tales of Atlantis Lost)._* Again, very nice presentation. Color me impressed! Kind regards, Rod Martin, Jr. (aka Carl Martin [fiction])

Hello 👋Tina. Wow, you made the mystical art work to an understandable instruction manual for pollinating datepalms. Curious thing is that a friend at work told me last week of male and female datepalms and that they pollinated them by hand in his homeland. But i didnt know how it looked like, now i know. Thankyou for your knowledge. About the handbags 👜, there is a maori story about the handbag 👜 containing knowledge, i have seen one in Brien Foersters videos from a snake 🐍 temple in southamerica and göbekli tepe. I think these teachers went worldwide 🌎🤔🌼☀️🌙🐍🦅🏺🌍🐉🔥🗿🌏.
