It's cool that at 2:38 - 3:00 Nita talks about how sport (specifically gymnastics) gave her "all the discipline she ever had". This is one of the benefits I tell people about who are just starting to work out. It's one of the best byproducts of exercising, because the dedication you get when working out translates into every other area of your life - including something as "unrelated" as guitar playing! I always had hella respect for Nita, but this interview made it grow even more. Awesome stuff.

Thanks you two… very motivating. I wish I would have kept up with my passions.. I had a bunch of talents… singing, dancing, drums, guitar but my parents didn’t put me into sports so I lacked the discipline and was all over the place . Then I was assaulted at a young age and to deal with that I got into the world of drugs and alcohol. I wasted so much time… kind of sad about it. Regrets suck but I’m happy to see the success of other people… especially woman. 👍
