Summer 2022 catching a bunch of trout, and flounder inshore near Charleston SC

I finally got out on Saturday but got cut short when we saw a boat stranded with motor trouble out by bull island. Towed them in and called it a day.

Well that was nice of you. We had to get a guys boat on his trailer yesterday at low tide. He ran out of gas and the landing was too skinny to use his trolling motor. I took David with Bait Binder out. Killed the fish. Caught about 40 or better. Adam was on the boat too.

Great day out, with a lot of fish caught. And that's why you don't brag before you have something to brag about....Glad he didn't get hurt & was able to "catch" his rod. It is always fun to get into a mystery fish run that your gear is not big enough for. By the way, are you tying directly to a white braid or is that a floro leader?

I usually run about a10 lb fluorocarbon leader on 15 lb braid. I’ve got a friend who couldn’t wait for this to come out. He and Glenn are good friends and he threw his rod in the water twice in one day on my boat. So when he heard Glenn lost his in the drink he was pretty excited! 😂😂😂
