Is any training camp like yours here in Mexico city? I'm almost 37. I was physic and psychological abused by my parents and my brother for 24 years aprox. Since that, I was raped once by mi boss, I was kidnapped other time...I feel so powerless when I try to have any self-defense! Just 3 weeks ago, a guy hit me with a stone in the face so many times that It ended deformed, and I needed reconstructive surgery...But thats not the problem, I almost die cause of the extreme bleeding this time. In fact I almost die at least 10 times just because my father or any kind of man beat me and broke something...I want to live with no fear. Please tell me what to do first of all. Thanks.
