Jamie I'm loving that you are speaking more naturally when mentioning Skylar now. I know that by doing that, it will be so good for all the kids to look back on to see that their Mum and Dad are united as far as the kids are concerned and can be in the same place together peacefully. I chose to keep a civil relationship with my ex husband and the beautiful of it is that we can be together with our only grandchild together with the other grandparents, and our grandchild feels so secure in all our love.

My son learned on a balance bike…to help him get used to his new bike that came with training wheels we took them and the pedals off and let him use it like a balance bike..2 days later he was ready and took off no problems. Now at 11 he does all kinds of stunts that make my heart skip lol

Guardian bikes you can take the pedals off, and they are lighter bikes, so easier to ride. They are great for older kids. They are a little more expensive, but they also have a great re-sell market.

So funny, when I was a little girl back in the early 60's, my dad held the bike while I climbed into the seat, he explained how to turn the wheels and how to break, then he said just paddle as fast as you can, and off I went,lol. That's how I learned, no training wheels.

@@bkm2797 Lighter bikes are easier to keep up, and keep from falling on you. No training wheels on the bikes I mentioned. But, she should also do cheap bikes from facebook marketplace, or D.I., or a thrift shop. You can take the pedals off those too, but they aren't lighter bikes.

Im thinking the bikes you are referring to came out a few decades ago, I thought if they don't have peddles then what is the point, but you said they do so maybe I'm thinking about a different one. I hope Jamie's able to find just the right ones.

Every divorce is different. The ending forever of your married relationship is very painful,no matter who wanted it. Even with strong faith it can take time to mention your ex often. As long as you do your best not to mention any wrongs you felt..the kids will feel that peace. There are also relationships which were traumatic or dangerous. Good time for friends to be in touch.

Seeing their parents together could very well give the children hope, that they would become a family again, which leads to heartbreak and disappointment when it doesn't happen. So keeping it civil and friendly without doing stuff together is totally legit and healthy

I've briefly watch this show. There was a lot of innuendo and too much sexual innuendo that many kids don't understand but makes me think it has "grooming" tendencies there. I hope parents watch enough of these cartoons to realize these things. South park is just offensive and what I've seen is just wrong.
