In this SUMMER CAPSULE WARDROBE | Plus Size Fashion Video, I am taking 18 pieces and turning them into 60+ outfits. I love my CAPSULE WARDROBES and in todays video I have created one just for summer. Yay my friend has a new video! OMG sweetie I don’t know where to start. I love all the pieces and all of the tops look equally pretty all around tucked, French tucked and all out! Every outfit is stylish and look beautiful! I love the dress open and the self belt through the slacks but something about when you tie a dress at the waist almost gives you a prettier shape than tucked in if that’s possible! And your outfit in the introduction, that belt is so pretty and cute and the white top in the jeans under the blazer makes a pretty “casualessy” suit! I love your style so much and you are finally getting me out of my comfort zone and at least trying French tucked and other styles. I admire you so much and I love seeing your different looks that are all so stylish and getting outfit ideas! 😊😍🥰😻

Gee, you have great legs Marleen! I thought I could hear an Irish accent but then was sure once i saw your name - my Dad's 8 sisters' name all end in "een," in honour of our Irish heritage! What an amazing collection on names. They are all beautiful. I live in Ireland, my husband is Irish, but I am in fact Danish. My name is the German spelling of its kind. I just tend to pick up accents very easy. When I get tired my American accent comes out. (I grew up with American English)

Hi Marleen, I have a question. I am a big girl (24 .26) as I have put a lot of weight on over the last few years. My question is I have so many beautiful clothes at size 18 to 22. And a closet full of clothes I can't wear. Do I dump them? Do I try to lose weight again? Do I try and sew them? I hate throwing them out but I meet to sort it out. But it's so much money!!

Personally… I’d get rid.. keeping clothes we can’t fit is proven to have a negative effect on our mental health.. you could sell it on Facebook market place or a Facebook group in your area, or depop or equivalent in your area. IF you wish to loose weight and feel that you don’t want to get rid of the clothes, I suggest packing it into bin bags, in sizes, and pop it all to the attic until you need it again. I get the money aspect, but those pieces are part of your past… your not going that way xx

Indeed hun. I too have gained weight as I have been ill with long covid for nearly 2 years now and all my hard (and finally healthy) work went out the window. It’s rubbish but it is what it is. I’m alive, my weight will be sorted at some point when my mindset is back to good again. I’m living for today and looking forward to the future. The past is only a book of lessons I have learned xx
