Ohh for trash cans the best thing about mine by nine stars is that it has a motion sensor so it will automatically open. It’s so convenient when your cooking like meat if you need to throw something away you don’t have to touch your trash can.

Moving is always so tough. We only used a moving company once when we changed states. Otherwise we moved all the small stuff ourselves and hired movers to move the heavy stuff. That takes days and days. One year our house and my school were remodeled the same summer, plus my nieces moved in with us. Everything will work out just fine.

I have that vacuum! Love the convenience but pet hair clogs is FAST. Both the dust bin and the head itself. The hole in the head gets clogged every time I use it. We do have a Husky so that could be why but just wanted to give you a heads up! Otherwise it’s a great vacuum!

Thank you for sharing this!! I'm sure other people might see this and it will be helpful! So far no clogs for us...Tesla does shed a lot but I don't know haha maybe just haven't used it *enough*. What do you mean by clogs the bin?? I have been emptying it when it's about half full

The house looks great! Can't wait to see what else you do to decorate! The cloth in your welcome basket looks like a fancy Norwex cloth.nice!! Classroom- wise -- it will work out. It always does and it sounds like you have an awesome district! The best advice I ever got - not everything has to be done for the first day. Since you can get in your new room and you know what is coming, you could plan out your layout so when the movers do bring your stuff you already know where you want it. If you know the activities you want to start with, you could always print again from TPT and get those copied so they are ready to go for the first week. Eather way - you got this!!

We do NOT miss military moves at all. First move for me (my husband was a pro by then) was to Korea. It is so stressful. By our final move, we just got uhauls and did everything ourselves and got reimbursed. I really hope your stuff makes it quickly (I mean it is California to Nevada, not across the world!). Can't wait to see your setup. Enjoy life and just let it happen.

I have that exact vacuum. Love it! It works great. We have 3 dogs, 2 are extreme shedders and I don't have any issues with the hair. But I clean mine out after each use because I am weird LOL

My husband fixes appliances for a living. I would suggest selling your units rather than letting them sit. Sitting without use is really bad for appliances so they'd likely be costly to repair once you need them again. Edit to add I have that vacuum and love it! I live on a farm and have a dog, 3 cats and 4 boys lol.

It's the "Shark Pet Pro Cordless Stick Vacuum, IZ140" from Walmart! Someone in the comments said theirs has gotten clogged with a husky! Mine so far has not with Tesla's...we will see! Didn't want to link too prematurely in case a month from now I want to throw it out the window lol

I cannot find the exact video where you used the watercolors in cups, but can you tell me what exactly they are? I have the trays but the kids seem to mix them because they do not clean brushes correctly. These were cups of watercolors and the kids used only 1 brush and shared with each other. Hopefully that makes sense.

Yes! I'm making them this year but it's just a jar with tempura paint and you add water and shake!
