The count down to winter starts as soon as the snow melts here in Alaska. We try to balance work projects with play the best we can. Staining our cabin has been a priority for a while so I'm really happy we got it knocked out! Joe's making progress on the pond dock. It's so quaint & cute. I can't wait to hang some solar twinkling lights on it and watch the glow against the pond water :) Thanks for hanging out with us at the cabin for another video! Cheers...

IMPORTANT!!!!! Tina thank you for the video on Lyme disease. It was like looking in a mirror when you told us about what all you went through to find out. I the next day made an appointment to get a test done. I have been going through this for over 5 years now. My test came back, and I have Lymes disease. She said she went through all my records, and they never tested me. She was not happy that no one ever ran a test. I ended up having to get all my teeth pulled because of all the meds they gave me rotted my teeth. So, thank you for that video you have saved my life. Things were really going done hill fast with me. I'm on meds now and even though I feel bad right now I can tell it's working. God Bless you and now I can face life knowing that I can get this under control. Next time I will take the natural stuff next time I just had to hit this really hard.

Yes indeed - after seeing the fireweed where I am I looked up 24/25 winter predictions in the Farmers Almanac.... This year will be the the total opposite to last year in my area. Prepare and have a backup electric source (solar or gas generator) if you are on grid.

Natural is best! It might seem like more but it is so much better for you. The other thing is being consistent with it. I have metal against bone in my knee broke my back and arm a year ago and have degenerative disc disease. I was on OxyContin and fentanyl. I am now on all natural. No pharmaceuticals at all. To God be the glory! Consistency is key! Keep up the good work Tina! You got this! ♥️

My mom would cook beef heart and tongue in the pressure cooker. After cooking, the tongue skin would get peeled off. Pliers helped grip the skin to peal it off. The heart had stuffing cooked with it. Liver was floured and fried covered with sliced onions. We raised beef on the farm and would butcher one of them for the freezer.

Lying here in a little pain from surgery a few days ago and guess who popped up, one of my favorites and made my day a bit brighter. Hopefully ,with the herbs it helps with the Lyme and you begin to feel like yourself again. Ribeye my favorite steak second strip steak . Sheep and goats are so cute. Nah Tina if I really really had to I'd put the wire on the door, but why would I when I can watch Joe do it (😏) like the dock which looks awesome by the way and the house. Love that the dock is done! You can have your chair and coffee! I am not sure if you will be facing sunrise, but that is the best sunshine to get! I know it sounds crazy, but 20 minutes of sunshine a day, not only gives us our Vitamin D production (the building block for a healthy immune system), but also our bodies release over 200 antimicrobials that fight fungi, parasites and other bad germs! I do this every sunrise for 20 minutes and I have that healthy glow, without being sun baked and I feel amazing!

We found that tomatoes grow better in a greenhouse or a shelter. The ground just doesn't get warm enough outside, even in a raised bed. Our cucumbers also did well in the greenhouse. Living in Palmer, AK.

I believe it also helps to protect the wood and helps to seal it. P.S. If you cook the oxtails on a slow cooker, or a little longer, you’ll get much more collagen and gelatin from them. They’re so healthy and delicious! Roast them first, too. I think that, that is what has kept me from going bedridden, (after God) the Oxtail Bone Broth I consume. It’s absolutely wonderful for our joint health. Joe you are Awesome , you do so much beautiful work, My father-in-law had a farm and my children would love to milk the cows feed the pigs and chickens my daughter learn how to drive the tractor down south she was 12 years old . The cabin is looking good I watch you guys and it makes me tired , you do a lot in a day , but I am no spring chicken but enjoy the videos .
