It looks wonderful! Have you considered adding some sheer white fabric to add a bit more privacy from neighbors? Take a piece of the fabric, tack it down at the top corners and kind of wrap it around each corner where each piece meets the next piece...then tie each piece to the corners in a pretty, drapey way when it's windy, and have grommets at bottom to tie or hook straight, flat down for uber privacy. Like a cocoon, but it's sheer and bright and flowy. That's what we did on our deck and I love it! (Does that description make any sense at all?? 😁)

Gorgeous - you never fail to deliver! I've seen people use puck lights with a remote control from Amazon in their pendants - don't know how much light they actually provide though.

Katia!!!! OMGGGGGG I cannot believe you did every single thing out there yourself. WHERE do I begin??? THE stain you chose for the decking is gorg!!! I really do love the darker wash plus it will withstand the weather better now. AND THE furniture you chose and rug is to die for. THE Planters turned out amaze!!! BUT the gazebo upgrade from the umbrella is other level. I cannot believe you even knew how to build that thing and install....I am speechless and you know how much I can talk.....lol. Incredible job!!! ENJOY it especially now that summer is on it's way. LOVE YOU.....

Much prefer the palm leaves to the tarpe for your asthetic its looking fab at the end, and I was screaming at the screen saying, "Please put support beams in" 😂 and I wondered how you would fix the water retention I'm so glad you went with the leaves fab and it's amazing how much a staine makes wood look so elevated without having to change it fully ❤

It all got pulled together so nicely!! 😁💜 If you did want lights, you could get the push on lights that would stick on the inside of the pendants. 💁‍♀️ For me personally, I would have continued with what you put on the roof down on the back side to cover the other house and give a bit more privacy? Such a tropical vibe. It seems like you're on vacation. I would use the tarp on the side that faces the house directly behind you. You could put up a pole or wire and then put the fabric on like a curtain so you can open and close if you want. Turned out great!

I really like the way your patio turned out, my suggestion would be to build some screens that you can remove when fall arrives at least for the back and the right side. Definately needs to be removable. I know you get snow in the winter so it needs to be removable, the roof will need to be removed as well and stored for winter. Just my thoughts.

Trying to figure out how to setup a temporary place in backyard since I am a renter and they remove the deck and just put stair down to what use to be under a the old deck. This was really cool result with the whole decor added. I like the runner and the natural take for the ceiling. Thanks for sharing and blessings to you and all in the days to come.

Great job! Love your aesthetic and style. The only things I would do differently is 1. Slightly smaller table centre pieces...I love what you've done but, personally I like to see everyone around the table with no obstacles in the way of eyeline.... and they look too heavy to keep moving.?? 2. I'd love to see the neighbours. " blocked out" to give you more privacy. And is the new roof gonna keep out any rain?? Just a thought.
