Summer Decorate with Me 2024: Styling Tips, DIY Cleaning Spray & Easy Pancake Recipe 🌼🏡

Refreshing my home for Summer 2024 using what I already own, thrift finds and flowers from my garden in England .
Summer Decorate with Me 2024: Join me as I figure out how to restyle my home, it’s not something I’m particularly quick at and I often have to stop and look up some new inspiration. But I do love to change the look and feel of the home with each new season. Creating as cosy a home as I can with some simple styling tips.
So I hope you will enjoy watching as I make a new summer scented DIY cleaning spray using essential oils, bake some simple but delicious drop scones [easy pancake recipe] served with greek yoghurt and a blueberry compote, and use flowers from my garden to give my home a wonderful summery feel.

I personally keep things simple during spring and summer. I think because fall and winter brings more decor that by the time spring rolls around I’m ready for a clean, simple slate. Just some fresh bouquets from the farmers market or some cut flowers from my garden, some scented candles, and seasonally appropriate essential oils in my diffuser is all I have.

No I never have done here in England... it never normally gets warm enough ☺️

Think it’s to do with the way the eggs are processed, means that in the UK and most other countries, they don’t need to be refrigerated.

In France they leave their eggs out as well! Even in Ireland my nana always left her eggs out on the kitchen counter in a wire egg basket! I wish I could do the same here but in America the eggs have to be refrigerated☹️
