For this design I (Elin) wanted to create an imaginative French dream villa covered in flowers. The architectural base of the design is stitched with single stranded backstitches first. Thereafter it's just to take out your favourite colours and begin gardening!
Along with the pattern pdf, you will also access the colour guide and a detailed process guide. Nevertheless, this is truly a perfect pattern to add your own touch. What kind of flower would make this home more dreamy for you? Who would you sit with on the love-bench in front ?
Thanks to the freedom of the greenery, this is a highly relaxing and meditative embroidery pattern and we're confident that everyone can stitch it regardless of previous embroidery experience. The most important is that you work on a design you love and just take it step by step (or stitch by stitch). We are always here to support you if you ever have any questions.

Hey quick question, in your pattern, what is the difference on the DMC colors (take the road French knots for example) the colors 840 and 3864 are separate but the two colors of 839+646 are “+” together. Does that mean you mix the threads? Or what does it mean? Thanks!

Hey! On this particular design the “+” is just a mistake of mine of adding it. It simply means to use the Colors separately in the stone area :) we always specify if threads needs to be mixed together or not.
