Summer Hike in Dividalen. A National Park in Arctic Norway

Kristin and I took our six dogs for a summer hike in Dividalen. A national park in the arctic part of Norway. We walked through Skaktardalen and ended up at the Dærta Cabin.

Great trip! Nice to see the area and where you camp each night! The dogs really seem to enjoy it! Seems like you need a bit of extra planning to have what they need too. Beautiful! 👍👍

Thank you! Glad you liked it. It does take some extra planning to bring the dogs, but the value they bring to the trek exceeds the work. But it takes a lot of time to keep them fit and able to carry gear like they do. Since they are my friends and I love working with dogs, it’s no stress. 😊

vi startade vid frihetsli där vi ställde bilen. sen var det stora planer på ställen vi hade fått tips om gällande rödingfiske. Vi kom i nte så långt utan fastnade vid ett rinnande vatten i höjd geografiskt med råstojaure på svenska sidan. Hur mycket röding som helst- på torrflyga
