I was there between 2006 and 2007. I can hardly believe how much the area has been developed since then!!! I do love the canals and all the parks. I hope that efforts will be made to restrain over-development.
@CaroleMora224 жыл бұрын
@MM M well, yes, the quality of "soullessness" contributes to a lack of restraint in development. Check out the book News of the Universe edited by the poet Robert Bly. I am reading it this week and the content resonates deeply with your comment in reply.

how do you normally film with the dji osmo pocket? do you hold with on a selfie stick/tripod, attach it to a bag, or just hold it with your hands? i like to film with the osmo pocket but i find it quite awkward to just hold it in front of my chest because it draws a lot of attention from people walking past
@WatchedWalker4 жыл бұрын
Kim, yes I just hand hold the OP, I’ve gotten used to the attention it attracts.

It’s so busy! No wonder cases are rising and I will be forced to shield again 😢
@daelra4 жыл бұрын
Walking outside without a mask, where people keep a good distance is fine. It's all the parties and people squeezing into pubs, restaurants and bars that caused the rise in cases. It was nice to be out during July and August so we saw no rises in cases. Once we hit September, the weather got cooler and people went inside in the evening and that's why we're seeing the rise in cases now.

I assume you use a gimbal, and do you adopt the 'ninja walk' I ask this because some of your videos are quite long, and it must be difficult adopting a somewhat unnatural walk over a long period of time, or are you able to keep the camera steady in some other way?
@WatchedWalker4 жыл бұрын
John, yes I use a gimbal when using the GoPro, the Osmo Pocket as in this video has a built-in gimbal. I try to walk smoothly but not the 'ninja walk' - that would be too much for long walks.
@eyeofthetiger60024 жыл бұрын
@@WatchedWalker the image is still bopping up and down though, not super smooth.
