Summer in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park - Part 1

We visit the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in the summer. We camp at Twee Rivieren and stay at Kieliekrankie Wilderness Camp. The park was dry and the days hot. We have incredible sightings of cape vox, meerkats and lions. We even had a cape cobra encounter at Melkvlei Picnic Site.

We were there (KTFP) for 9 days in Oct 2014 - loved it. Now your videos are really good. Mostly skills and expertise, which I cannot match, but I might try the same Kit. What Camera, Microphone and Mount for Car……. . Doing a biggie Overland in 2022, & might upgrade my stuff

If you read on the internet most people will tell you not to visit in summer. I disagree, I have been going every summer since 2016 and love it. In my opinion you see more in summer than in winter. In winter you also do not see snakes and scorpions. All my Kgalagadi videos on KZbin was taken in summer. Watch part 2, you will see the action. If you can handle the heat you will be rewarded.
