How to find a company or Institute for internship?

I can tell you about Research internship. You can cold mail to Prof or Manager or you can check the official website of particular institution, where you can get google forms regarding internship. Like mostly summer and winter internships are there, you should keep checking their websites 2-3 months earlier from the date of internship [ summer/ winters]

Wait for winter internships or you can cold mail to professors if there is any vacancy in their lab during your vacation period. Also you can apply for abroad internships like OIST etc
