Buy a few portable AC units on wheels. They will cool down rooms enough, especially the bedrooms. That is if you can still find any left in the stores now.

Tough to meet siesmic regs with masonry construction. We build with wood because it was faster and cheaper. Larry Hahn and his brother could frame a track house in a day back in the 50s.

Wow! That is a lot faster than the builders in my neighborhood! LOL - they have been building for 2 years

What them low so high tides will continually flood the home. My sister lives on the water and her neighbours get flooded every 5 or 6 years.
