Also, one tip - La Colombe is pronounced La Co Lowmb (kind of rhymes with roam or foam) - doesn't have the 'bay' sound at the end! Emma you can open the capsules and put them in your morning smoothies or shake it up in your green juice bottle. This would avoid having to swallow the pill. Just in case there is a weird taste, you can pour out a small portion and drink that with the contents of the capsules.
