If you want a thick smoothe, add a good amount of frozen fruit, and like 1/8 of it milk and use one of those presser thing and blend and use the thingy to help everything blend. Don’t blend it too much though lol

A great recipe: 3 spoons of yogurt 1 sliced banana frozen fruit (I use half a bag) a little bit of honey half a cup of milk (but if you want the smoothie to be more liquidy, add more)
