Welcome back to Fitness Culture! It's DAY 3 of our SUMMER SIZZLE CHALLENGE and today we're bringing you a high-energy IWT (Interval Weight Training) workout for ultimate conditioning!
In this video, we'll take you through an IWT workout designed to improve your endurance, burn fat, and build lean muscle - a key component to getting in peak shape for summer. Is this program adaptable for a simple home gym setup? I.e. barbell, dumbbells, power rack, bands, jump rope. I didn’t find any equipment requirements in the FAQ.

I think you Guys Bring Out one of the best Training methods/Plans nowadays...the Mix of funktional Fitness (CrossFit) and Bodybuilding with good warm Up and Take Care of longevity etc...Well done ..Love the content
