What would you say the best bands are for a "bench press + mini bands"? 5lbs - 15lbs or 15lbs - 35lbs?I'm on a powerlifting program that utilizes bands. It's called the Calgary 16 week program..help?😊

Lol surely if you can do a 30 second negative you would be able to do many chin ups anyway. Not the best program for beginners imo

Notice the modifications. This progression is great for beginners. Many of our clients do it on an assisted pull-up machine.

what other exercises can you do for power output. I can do 4 pistol squats in a row but then power gets completely cut off and cant raise myself from the ground even though the decent is still controlled. Been stuck here for a while

They have one on their website. It's called the power program. Keep in mind Steve and Jake aren't power lifters though.
