The best and cutest fitness couple ever seen on KZbin! Couples who slay together, stay together. Can't wait to see how y'all line up in competition because as authentic as y'all are in this video, your strength as a couple will rise pass all the other competitors.

I like this method, but I've had better results leaving a rep or even two in the tank on the first mini-set. On a really hard first set I lack the endurance to get more than one or two on the second go round (with only 20 seconds to rest--this guy is an iron man).

How would the splitt look if you are practicing a sport on tuesday, thursday and Saturday like soccer? I still have 3-4 training days i want to fill in
@FitnessCulture

The split is actually lined up perfectly for that schedule. The only thing you may want to tweak is ditching the conditioning on Tuesday and Thursday.

Good luck to everyone in this challenge! Will the app ever show the 2019 Summer Sizzle again? I ask because it was fantastic, so I wish to do it again. Also, the one available on the app(2024 version) is more upper body than I really would like. Like Steve with golfing, I do a sport as well that too much upper body can make my performance hinder. The 2019 version was a perfect balance of upper/lower body for me and getting back down to under 10% bodyfat is a benchmark for me in 2025.

How often do you do each progression per week? I just started the Build Program; is this progression something I can just add to the lower body days?
@FitnessCulture
@FitnessCulture Ай бұрын
I hope you're having fun with the build program! The band drill is one that you can toss into your warm up on deadlift days. Just make sure to keep it light and use it as a warm up. I would stay away from the other techniques unless they are programmed into your week. The build program has enough volume that I would add more on top of it.
