First taught by Yogi Bhajan in 1971, this 13 minute breath meditation will strengthen you circumvent force by balancing the brain hemispheres. The circumvent force is a combination of your Aura, Arc Line and Radiant bodies. The meditation automatically will bring you to meditative stillness, Shuniya. Wonderful practice for this solstice time and this cycle of Light!
