It would be helpful to show your whole upper body. Are you making a circle with your hands? Are your forearms straight? 🙏

Sat Nam 🙏 With the elbows relaxed down, extend the forearms in front of you parallel to the ground, palms facing down. From there the hands move in a crescent moon movement in front of the heart center, sweeping the energy up. We hope this is helpful!
