To maintain healthy skin, this is what worked for me: Right after waking up in the morning, cleanse your face thoroughly. Choose a mild, gentle face wash like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and then apply moisturizer to your face. Riceberry includes antioxidants that shield the skin from free radicals, helping to prevent signs of aging. Do not overcleanse your face. Only cleanse it in the morning and before bed. Remember to keep your face moisturized throughout the day. Additionally, remember to apply sunscreen even when indoors. The white patches in skin occur when your skin is already dry and due to the exposure from sun. So you must prevent your skin to be dry and protect it from harsh exposure of sun.

I tried this sometimes before... Nd after 3-4 days it starts smelling and colour also changes which is not good.... For more better results just eat 2-4 leaves of neem form to top of branch (empty stomach in morning) it will effective for pimples, blood circulation, works as purifier for body and cures many other problems.
