In another of our #ArtsEdAfterSchoolClub​ Instagram Live sessions (bringing you a taste of ArtsEd during lockdown!) ArtsEd alumna, West End star, and all-round performing legend, SUMMER STRALLEN, led this awesome Yoga for Performers class.
Join Summer as she takes us through a flow session, focussing on breath and how to use yoga to combat the nerves and anxiety that many performers experience. This session is all about converting 'fizzy' energy into centred calm!
