I know it's been a while since I posted an extended cut trail ride but here it is! Hope you enjoy the video guys. Also, I hope everyone is doing well during these messed up times. 2020 was a screwed up year and hopefully things will start to improve in 2021. We had a terrible riding season in 2020 due to borders being closed between Canada and the United States and because here in Ontario, Canada we have either been in a state of government enforced lockdown or severely restricted. I've got my fingers crossed that 2021 will be a better season. As always, thanks for all the support you guys show the channel!!

Last summer I came across a car stuck on an ATV trail (an old man was following his GPS). He ended up staying the night at my place, and in the morning no tow truck company would go in to get him. Lucky for us, my dad had a couple old pulleys. So with my 3500 pound winch and 1 pulley, we got the 2008-ish Chevy Malibu out. So now I carry a pulley with me all the time. But like you were getting at, it is easy to be the Monday morning quarter back (with regards to when the machine was really stuck).

The most important part of any machine is the driver! Ya, our machines are far from wild when it comes to mods. Most of them do have quite a few upgrades but most of the upgrades are for trail riding reliability. Sometimes when you modify too heavily you only cause more headaches. No big lifts, portal gears or massive tires here though, it doesn't suit our overall riding style.

Hello. I'm fairly new to the channel. I picked up my first side by side around September last year (pre-owned 2017 RZR Trail 900) and inevitably ended up here. I started with the most recent content and am working my way back. I've noticed (and wanted to share) that though the quality of videos has improved over time (I'm sure due to the cute camera girl), it seems your sense of humor and sarcasm were way more prevalent back here in the 3 years ago range. The Valhalla comment around 40:10, and the "Is that what you did?" around 51:15 cracked me right up. There've been plenty of "oh shit" and "DAAAAMN!" moments, but I think that's the 1st time I laughed uncontrollably (so far). Keep up the good work.

Hey! Welcome to the channel. Glad you are enjoying the content. Your comment has a ton of value to me. Maybe I need to increase the amount of one liners in the new content to make it feel more like the older stuff. I appreciate you taking the time to provide some constructive feedback. It’s comments like yours that help me improve the content. Hope your machine has been treating you well and hope you’ve been having a lot of fun riding. Hope you stick around. @@AdrenalineJunkieProd hard riding trails and stuff is a sure test of equipment. When I built my Commander 800 their was only 2 companies that did lifts CATVOS and Gorrila and everybody said Gorrila lifts were real good but wasn’t meant to risen on trails so I had Custom ATV of Shreveport ( CATVOS ) build a 4” at a extremely high price of $3500 plus I had clutches also added I’ve had a few bolts to break and bend so I replaced them with 8 grade ones and my rack and pinion bent almost into a U shape replaced it with a RACKZILLA rack and pinion system. And believe me or call CATVOS to see if I torture test my suspension, motor and everything else. I run over trees of 2-2-1/2” in diameter. These trails are pretty much all on private property. They are not public access trail systems. If you want to ride them you need to be part of our group. We do invite new riders out from time to time. Where are you located?

@@sambrush2409 LOL, I was playing dumb. Of course I know what a snatch block is! I've actually been meaning to get one of those sweet aluminum ones they sell. We don't utilize a snatch block as often as we should.

@@AdrenalineJunkieProd DONT buy the snake oil rings they sell they are bull shit. Expensive and are bad for your gear add way to much friction. Just get a good snatch to add to your kit.

@@wraith511802003 Oh ya? I've heard a bunch of people say they work well for synthetic line. Good to know. I just wanted to try one. I guess I'll stick to the tried and tested pulley.

The guy that was stuck totally made it way worse by spinning so much. You can tell you guys do t so much mud riding. And some people have no rocks or hills. Mud is all we have down here in south ga

I've experienced the GA mud.... it's serious stuff. By no means are we mudders. The machines aren't setup for mud and we aren't well versed in it. Like you said, we all ride different terrains.

I ride a lot, stay away from that cable please
@AdrenalineJunkieProd
@AdrenalineJunkieProd 3 жыл бұрын
I agree, you should always stay away from the cable when you can. The cable was not very stressed. It was the winch that was failing and on it's last breath. Cable was far away from even coming close to it's fail point. But you are correct, you never know and it could always fail.

The extended ride videos focus on the experience of the ride. It's more of a trail vlog then just action clips. It's not for everyone but a lot of people love these style videos. I'll be uploading some action cuts soon if those are what you prefer. Hard to keep everyone happy, I make videos I enjoy making.

KZbin has been brutal lately. They select the Ad placement not me! It has nothing to do with being greedy..... If I was greedy I wouldn't spend hundreds of hours a month making KZbin content for free, lol. Sorry if you are getting a lot of ads.

@@kristopherrose9034 Thanks for the feedback man. Ya, the ads are placed randomly by KZbin and how many ads you see or what ads you see are based on what KZbin selects for you as a viewer. I know ads suck, we all hate them, but it's really the only way to make any form of revenue on KZbin. Especially with a channel as small as mine I don't make a ton of ad revenue. I use it all to supplement buying new camera gear and things to keep the channel going. Stoked you enjoy the videos man!
