I had the exact same issues with my iPhone alarms in December. I slept through my alarm four times in one month, which exceeding all 7 years of my teaching career! I thought I was going crazy. I also bought that alarm and used it for the last 6 months of the school year. I LOVE it. I wake up gently as the light gets brighter and I also make myself get up to turn it off. You're going to love the alarm too!!

Hi! I love your channel! In June, I had individual lashes done for the first time for an event - Classic Starter. I had no intention of keeping them. They looked great, and I got a lot of compliments. I was told that oil is the lash’s enemy, so I put my regular eye care to the side & ordered oil-free stuff. Short-term, fine, but I won’t go without my beloved eye products long-term! Lol A few days later, my eyebrow artist told me that continuing with individuals is damaging and I could lose my naturals for good! That scared me! Also, be careful how you sleep. Fortunately, I’m a back sleeper. Lol…It was just too much for me. I’m letting them fall off naturally. My naturals did take a hit in length, but I still have em! Thank God! I should’ve done more research, but I sure looked good for my event!

Yes, the upkeep involves more than I anticipated, but so far it has been worth it. I did my research and understand proper care is key. As far as sleeping, I continue to sleep on my side and hope for the best...lol.

Oh my. I am always so disturbed at the concept of school starting in August. Here in my city, school begins in September. August is the middle of summer. Since it doesn't get hot, hot here until the end of June, it all works out.

I’m catching up on your vlogs so this may not matter at this point but I became severely anemic to the point I needed a blood transfusion twice due to my cycle my numbers were low like a 6 or something. We tried the Mirena iud&let me tell u it was a life saver. Didnt really have any side effects but the plus was I only needed a liner during my entire cycle mainly only spotted. Before I was super heavy,in lots of pain,always fatigue. Also now that I’m older(well over 40)my symptoms have seemed to become worse&I get symptoms like 2wks before that are just crazy! I have had my iud removed cus it was time&I left it out for awhile to see if my cycle changed…Nope went right back to super heavy&all the things so im thinking about starting back on it. It made me feel so much better along with a few treatments of iv iron transfusions to get my numbers up

Girl I feel so seen right now: I have had an iud for a month. My gyn is wonderful and we discussed and prepared for pain relief and scheduled the procedure to occur during my period which is supposed to make insertion more comfortable since your cervix is already relaxed then. I took a big dose of ibuprofen 30 minutes before and she used some local lidocaine to increase my comfort during the insertion. It was uncomfortable but mostly pressure/odd sensations. The annoying part is I've been spotting/bleeding on and off since it was inserted (which is normal) and have also had light cramps, too, but with the one period I have had, my cramps were minimal. I am early 40s and decided that if I didn't have kids by 40 8 was shutting down my reproductive capabilities, but contraception was a secondary consideration for me. I had like 4 full on periods in 2 months last year, so the IUD was presented as an option to help get me to menopause. The only other option was a hysterectomy

I'm thinking of a new alarm clock just because I tend to take my phone to bed to set my alarm, then I end up watching something and not getting to sleep as I should. In my neck of the woods, teachers go back on the 1st, and students begin on the 12th or 14th. Not sure. Maybe if I got to my calendar, I'd know. I wish you a successful and mentally manageable school year.

I so hear you on the Trump issue. I am in a red state and I swear I feel like the only sane person in my community because I have never and will never vote for that man.
