A great KZbinr to watch for gardening content is Garden Answer. Laura posts every day but Saturday and I always learn something from her each day. Top tip, 'Toplife Puppaccino' is just goats milk, you can buy goat milk in large cartons in the human milk aisle (near the nut, soya and oat milks) in the supermarket, much cheaper and larger amount. Goats milk is fine for dogs easy on their digestion and full of prebiotics ❤

Hi Aimee, maybe look at getting blister packs for your nan the pharmacy decant into packs x4 weeks they are wonderful for older adults who take more than 5-6 tablets I have mine delivered for my mom great video 💕

No one “needs” breakfast. If you’re hungry, of course eat it but there’s no need to have it. The idea of Breakfast being “most important meal of the day”was a nonsense concept created by Kelloggs. Why? Guess why. Oh yeah, for them to sell their cereals 😂. Ppl believe the myth it “kickstarts” your metabolism etc but not true as metabolism doesn’t stop so you can’t kick start it. If you wait until lunch to eat - no problem. On a separate note, those dark chocolate rice cakes (not wafers, they’re a different thing) are soooo good
