I just got myself a pair of roller skates, I used to roller blade just for fun when I was 14 and loved in Mexico. Now the quad skates feel so hard to get used to😄 i know you said you were trying quads for the group routine for regionals

Lily, don't mix caster oil with olive oil, both of oils are heavy which is hard and strength to your hair , the right is mix oil of heavy oil with other light oils like almond, avocado , black seed, sesemi or masterd oil The heavy oil should be less than the light oil when you mix them ... Love you ❤❤

Next time use your hair dryer after applying oil on your hair. Oils work when they are warm. That’s how they transfer all the healthy stuff to your hair. I would suggest also covering your hair with shower cup just to last that warmth longer ❤

if I am gonna give you a piece of advice for you hair it's: don't brush your hair after applying the oils...just massage is gently, because these oils make the hair heavier(when they're on it) so it becomes easier to come out of your head.. Which leads to thinner hair on the long run😊🤝
