Van Gogh is my favorite artist. I love working on Starry Night right now and can't wait to finish and hang it in our new bedroom. John William Waterhouse is also a favorite. His use of color is amazing 🤩

Hi Katie, glad you are feeling better! I don't know that I have a favorite old masters artist, YET! I am really enjoying the John William Waterhouse, The Soul of the Rose that I am currently doing but I think it could be because I have watched you so much :), it is rubbing off on me. I am finding myself looking up artists back in the 1800's and am very intrigued by all the artists I am finding. I do not typically gravitate towards portraits and thats what I am finding the most of. So I am still trying to find that one artist that calls to me. Hope you have a great week!

I will be honest. This event is my first experience with artists like this. I'm an artsy person but never really got into art museums and the like. Watching your playlists has opened my eyes to the beauty that has been out there for years! So I only know a few artists that you has mentioned. I'm inclined to agree on the john William Waterhouse pieces.... gorgeous! Also mucha is awesome! I'm hoping to find my niche that I love.

I’ve been freshly introduced to the old masters through this event and enjoy the artist Alphonse Mucha’s work. I also love dragons and have started to research any old masters art that have them in it and have found that I enjoy the work of a Chinese artist called Chen Rong. I think I would say that Van Gogh is my favorite. I have the opportunity to go to Amsterdam this summer with my husband and four kids and we are planning to visit the Van Gogh Museum. It is the 50th anniversary of the museum! That being said, I restrained myself from buying a Van Gogh kit for this event as I already had The Kiss in my stash. (Maybe next summer!!!)

I think it would be fun to do a Georges Seurat because he pioneered in pointillism, which should render well with diamond painting. Thank you for doing these events
