I can only imagine what it's like to go through baby clothes one last time. I try actively not to cling to objects anymore but that sounds difficult. (I struggled with hoarding when I was younger because every experience needed an 'object' to remember it by and I was swamped by the time I went to uni). I've heard there are really lovely ways to remember those things by repurposing them, like taking all the onesies and upholstering a large chair.

🐉 My son had the same issue with the glue on his kit. He ended up loving the results after completing. I had to seal it due to the drills falling off once we held up the canvas. I can’t wait to see this kit completed.

Hey Katie, Hope your trip to FL was good. I can see where the glue was not good. You have more patience than I would with this diamond painting. I did one long time ago and the glue was not good. It took me so long to do it, a couple times I just wanted to throw it away but I just loved it and wanted to finish it. Thanks for all the updates. Take care

I have learned alot from your wips and chats. I do not understand the spoon thing yet. Maybe you can re tell us?? I really have been in a challenging time lately. I just hired someone to come and help me clean and organize my place. I am just like you in that regard. I do not have any family to help me. It is wonderful and a blessing that your Mom comes and helps you out. My Birthday is on November 28th. I get Turkey many years for my day. LOL I would Love to go be your age and re live my life. Especially when I had kids. I would definitely do somethings different. I'll be 62 this year!! Any hoot. Again hope your Date with Adam at Disney was a great time. Have a fantastic time in Florida. Oh crap! I’m having the same problem with my Diamond Dotz canvas. It’s completely color blocking and I’ve been so frustrated and hating it. Worst it’s a gift for my niece for Christmas. It takes 3-4 tries to get the diamonds to stick and come off my multiplacer.

I have 3 special needs kids…. The oldest 2 are 4 years apart they’re now 32, and 28 and then there’s my youngest who is 16 and 12 years younger than the 2 oldest. I had them at 45 and now I’m 61 and they’re 16 . I feel like I just don’t have the spoons I had with the other 2. I also have fibro and chronic fatigue, along with3 spinal fusions and chronic pain. He’s autistic/ bipolar has ODD , the bipolar x adds such a wallop to the autism. My advice is you’re totally right. 2 is enough. Although my 3rd is what I call my vacation souvenir. They’re we’re not planned. But since I lost my twin girls to a still birth and they were my first. There was no way I could abort, although my ex wanted me to and I refused and he didn’t speak to me the whole 9 months.
