Summer, the BSc that she was awarded is true. The LLB is 6 years awarded degrees but the lady said she can’t finished the 6years program. She only spend 5 years due to to her sickness and she was awarded BSc. It is very true. There are some Universities in Scotland, UK that if you study Law for 4yrs you will be awarded BSc. If you move to another University to complete the same law with the addition of another one year you would be awarded LLB. Making a total of 5years in all.

The lady's certificate was displayed online by a lawyer seeking for justice for her for the humiliation she received. l saw the certificate myself and on the certificate, it was stated BSC. The lady was actually a BSC in law graduate as stated on her certificate. What I don't know is why her university is offering the graduates a BSC in law instead of LLB. If her English is not up to Paul Enenche's standard, it should not remove the fact that she is a graduate of law. The lady did not lie, he should not have gone that length to humiliate the lady - that was too much.

This are the sorts of things we should change in Nigeria. Tell me how you can justify that… how can she represent her client when she can’t even represent herself, people supporting her will they hire her to represent them in court hearing her oratory? This was my comment somewhere on this same topic. English is not the criterion to determining someones level in education or intelligence. India was colonized by the Britain just like Nigeria. Indians are more educated than Nigerians, even some Nigerians go there to study. But I can tell you that majority of lawyers in India does not speak English. In northern Indian states, 99% of lawyers there neither speak or understands English language. It is only Nigerians and some few African countries that thinks that speaking English is the yard stick to measure someone's Education, Intelligence or exposure.

In her case, the devil followed her from her father's and mother's house since she is the first and only graduate from both parents. If you do, you will know that there are many people from other parts of the world living in western world that speak bad English and It's not used against them because the western world understands that English is not their first language and thereby giving them priority. Those people thrive and survive here. I live in western world precisely Canada and I experience this on daily basis with immigrants from other parts of the world even when I was teaching in school. What you have to understand is that patience and understanding is everything. I love and follow Pastor Paul Enenche but that does not mean I have to accept his mistakes. If I am following a man of God and I am not able to spot out his mistakes and avoid that , I am not wise. We can understand that some people go to the extent of buying certificates in Nigeria even paying for expo to pass exams that they cannot defend but that does not mean the woman did that. Thank God I was not part of that because of my strong faith in God even when I saw others doing that during my school days and that is why I could excell in all my courses. No one is Mr or Mrs know it all but I am proud of myself that l could have overall grade of 96% at the end of my course here in Canada and was awarded a certificate with highest honours. Even when I came to Canada and was doing my course, I noticed that there is difference between the English I was taught in Nigeria and Canadian English. Sometimes Canadian spellings are different from Nigerian. So even when I used Nigeria spelling to write my exam, my lecturer still gave me my correct score as long as I got the answer instead of marking me down because I did not use Canadian spelling. Imagine me coming back to Nigeria and writing Canadian spelling, they may mark me down. Someone like you need to travel around the world so you can experience and see things for yourself because if you only stay in Nigeria and judge, then it's not universal. The lesson to learn here is not to judge someone because he or she can't speak good English based on our own assessment. Some people can actually write very well but have limited English to speak while some people can speak fluently with Canadian or British accent but cannot write or read. I have seen it in this part of the world as a teacher. Meanwhile someone can still have slip of tongue while speaking or typographical error while typing. That doesn't mean the person doesn't know it. Even stage fright is inevitable in this case.
