Two things i loved about this battle... 1. MT's joy watching Yuzuru. Wouldn't be suprised if he was a big fan. He usually doesn't stand there watching the whole routine of his opponents. 2. Yuzuru, he went first I think, because he knew the youth was going to bring it. Respect. Love.

I like yuzuru style in terms of art form. Its beautiful. MT more beat kill and matching the energy of the music so he win here for sure. Kei is not like yuzuru lol. Kei can kill the beats played in this battle. Yuzuru is tracing and waving a lot which is actually very good for getting into flow state regardless of the music. So dancing like that is very therapeutic. Dancing like MT is not therapeutic, instead it makes you high. Both good style but for battle, MT one sells easier. One thing is for sure is that if you dance like yuzuru, you don't give a shit about winning. They are having so much fun just exploring themselves in a calm manner that the joy from winning is insignificant. How do I know? Coz i have been following and greatly inspired by yuzuru, fatsnake, hiroki kind of style a lot so on the practice sessions, dancing like them is just very therapeutic. Feel very calm afterwards. Its just not for battle.

I like Yuzuru’s style better though since he incorporates other elements in his dance. Kei’s waving is cool but he seldom includes the other elements of popping. I was kind of surprised (as many of the audience as well) that when MT met Kei during Shirofes, Kei won. Even Kei knew based on his body language that he was surprised he won 😅😅😅
