Sonu LOL yeah so last minute change of plans and I’m actually going on vacation won’t be able to make another tutorial for at least another week. But yeah I have a bunch of tips. I started off learning to play by ear simply by listening to the song with headphones, one side listening, the other side, open so you can hear the piano. Once you know that most songs are arranged within a few different types of chord patterns, you’re already close to being there. I pause the song as soon as I’ve heard the first chord and I attempt to find that chord on the piano... or even a single note from that chord, which will eventually lead me to the full chord. Once I have figured out the chord, does it have any sharps? Any flats? This will help me to determine the key, so that finding the other chords can come with ease. I almost always focus on the left hand because that’s what the baseline is, and the right hand is simply melody, which I will pick up after I have learned all of the left hand. Hope that helps!
