You don't really think much about what farmers do as we go on with our busy lives. Thank you for this video. It's fun just sitting and watching them in progress. It's like a dance, kinda relaxing to watch. We should take a few minutes out of our busy day and just look around. We would find something interesting. And to think, we almost missed it.

You give stories that keep me up for hours. Some of your videos made me think a bit. That's good for someone my age. Thanks once again

You have a marvelous view from your place Peter. Thanks for sharing this with what we call ourselves over here, "City Slickers"!

I have been on KZbin for years. I have probably seen well over 10,000 videos. I am only 15 but you have posted the best videos I have seen out of all of my videos. So calming and heartwarming. You seem to simply put everyone in a good mood. I wished I could've met you. I just want you to know that you have touched people positively. You made me smile on a sort of gloomy day. May you live many more days, for I would love more videos from you.

Holy Moly, that was great, as a city boy, i never knew how that was done. I have read about silage and this was quite enjoyable. Using the tires at the end is quite clever. All i can say is Moo, the cows will be happy and also fuel is made from this, wild. Thanks for yet another one i will watch again.

Oddly fascinating. It would be nice to have an interview with the farmer that does this, add a human element to what seems like a pretty routine process.

Also done that way here, guess that it is the farmer's choice.

I remember that view!

Guess that's one way to reuse old tires! In the States farmers make what's called bales of the grass. I've never seen it done the way its done in front of your house, Peter.

Very interesting, didn't realize they stock piled feed for the winter in such huge quantities.

Silage n. SY-lidge 1. The resulting byproduct from when someone for too long, acts too silly. 2. A natural, organic side dish to take to "candlelight suppers", when you absolutely positively don't want to be invited back. WOW!, No wonder boys like trucks! Looks like fun! Did you all have an advert there where a truck was pushed over a hill and was totally rubbish. Next, there was a Tonka truck pushed over the hill and then a comment about the relative build quality. Hee Hee.

I'm amazed at how they pile it into a mountain and run that dozer up and down it. One would think that by winter it would be turning to compost, but obviously it doesn't.

Farmers in Switzerland don't do it that way, they do a sort of Bales of Grass, it's the first time I see that, thanks for sharing.

Wow...a crapload of mosquitoes to eat on ya breeding in all those tires after a rain...
